Probably one of the best ways to promote racism and racial bias is to constantly focus people’s attention on the color of their skin and skin color of people surrounding them. This is precisely what the news media and networks are doing nowadays. To make things even more forceful and damaging, only one skin color is presented as requiring special attention, benefits and handling.
In addition to that, government is doing all it can to expand racism and racial bias by taking skin color into consideration while granting government contracts and mandating race based requirements for college admissions. Not to forget skin color based associations and organizations in the US Congress only for individuals of darker colors. Across the country, skin color based organizations are permitted and promoted only if that color is dark. If the color is light, those organizations are shamed, banned and member are prosecuted.
So, what else can be done to promote racism and racial bias? Let’s suppress lighter colored people from expressing their opinions by threatening their livelihood. If people are afraid of losing their jobs due to them expressing opinion that contradicts “the official” line, they are going to keep their mouths shut. This will increase the “inner pressure” and will make them even more racially biased, because they will feel that they are prosecuted and suppressed due to their color… which is different from the one that is being officially promoted .
