When we look at the way our universe is structured, with all of those galaxies, stars, black holes and planets, it may, in some ways, resemble a major network of simple and complex sub-networks consisting of individual objects of the same "spatial" nature, but with significantly different properties and functions. It may be said that a black hole and a planet are hardly objects of the same "nature"; their properties are significantly different, nevertheless both are separated by and exist in Space. Both represent mixes of matter and energy in different proportions.
Depending on a viewer's imagination, these spatial objects can be seen as a part of the same "heavenly computer" or as separate "workstations" connected by the "space network". Either way, each area appears to have a centralized energy source – a star – and sub-groups that are combined into more complex structures – galaxies. The author of this writing is far from claiming to possess much knowledge about stars or black holes, but if we look at the power outlet on the wall, it always has as minimum two holes. One is "‘live" and the other is "neutral" (yes, many countries have a third socket; this one is "ground"). The first one is dangerous to touch, and the second is not. So, one might say that stars represent "live" wires feeding our universe with the energy, while black holes are "neutral" leads. Obviously, it is a stretch to see things this way, and black holes are presumed to be able to cause significant damage to the objects falling into them (no safe zone there for us), but still, this view provides us with a visualization of an energy flow in our universe. We also need to remember that energy is consumed by the processes occurring in the universe; the number of black holes is somewhat lower than the number of stars.
Around all of those energy feeders (stars), there are plenty of work spaces where energy can be used for "heavenly" work. It is not necessarily the case that all of those areas / planets are intended for playing with self-propagating programs like earthy creatures. Most of them are probably used to do "the God's work", whatever that might be. If we cannot see that other "work", it is because we are not intended to do so, or not yet evolved enough to comprehend it, or just do not have enough lifetime span to "get the picture".
It would be extremely odd if in this enormous (by our standards) universe only one tiny place – Earth – was allocated for experimental seeding with self-propagating programs. It is very likely that many planets are involved in this project. It is also possible that the actual seeding is still taking place throughout the universe. It is conceivable that the same initial code was used, although, it is more likely that a variety of initial programs were deployed simultaneously (as seen in our "Illustration" ). The fact that we cannot detect any alien life on surrounding planets can be explained by a few possible scenarios. For instance: all of the planets in our solar system were seeded, but only our branch managed to survive in this system. The Creator may have been testing slightly different environmental conditions with the same seeding code. Another possibility is that different variations of the initial seeding code were intentionally separated by significant crossing distances to avoid cross influences between different startups. This would be important if someone would want to evaluate the quality of different seeding programs.
Even if many planets were seeded with the same code, the results and tempos of evolutions are going to be quite different in isolated systems. Different seeding codes will produce extremely significant differences in developed species (if they survive the environment and avoid overpopulation). The level of intelligence of diverse samples is difficult to predict. It is very likely that many live systems do not have intelligence in the way that we understand it. In our "Illustration", the programs that were successfully running while "alive" and evolving were not "intelligent". This is not to say, that if given the time, and a hospitable environment those programs would not have evolved into something that could be reminiscent some sort of "intelligence" to us.
Based on the speculations shared above, we can say that there are probably many planets where, in one form or another, life exists. The number of planet where intelligent life exists is significantly lower. The number of planets where the local species could have evolved into something similar to us is really-really low. As was mentioned before, there is a chance that some life form evolved (or converted itself) into wave or field energy state. Due to evolutionary and environmental differences, the possibility that aforementioned extraterrestrial intelligence operates in the same way as we do is relatively low, although, the need to comply with the Creator's system stability requirements may result in certain similarities in some areas of the information processing.
It appears that soon after the moment when we reached the Homo Sapiens state in our evolution, an enormous amount of information got dumped onto us from somewhere, including the methodology for the construction of pyramids, the knowledge about the creation of the world, and the idea of reaching enlightenment. This information was either not complete, or the humans of the age did not have sufficient mental capability to comprehend it. We managed to record some of it; however, the comprehension of data, or possibly the selfishness of the people who were provided the information, hammered humanity's ability to use it to its fullest extent. For now, we speculate that some alien civilization furnished us with this information, or that it was intentionally given to us by the Creator to test our mental abilities.
